2014 Texas Food Truckin’ Fest

Our nation’s ever-growing love for food trucks has reached new heights over the past few years, and what better way to pay tribute to these mobile restaurants than with a celebration in their honor! The 2014 Texas Food Truckin’ Fest plans to do just that on April 25 & 26 at the Globe Life Park in Arlington. Some of the city’s most-popular food trucks will be onsite, providing attendees with the best food and beverages they have to offer. More than 30 trucks have already signed up to participate in this year’s festival, so make sure you make it out to show your support for some of the best food trucks in the business!

Toyota to Hold Car Contest for Disabled Veterans

Toyota is more than just a car brand, they’re a company that supports the U.S. troops, and to show their appreciation for our servicemen, they’re holding the 2nd Annual Operation Independence Star Spangled Salute contest for all disabled veterans, running from April 2 to Nov. 9. Vice Profiles Illegal Street Racing in Japan

Vice, a website that specializes in covering culture, arts and worldwide news in a non-traditional journalistic manner, recently released a video where they explore Okinawa, Japan’s illegal street racing subculture and it’s a must-see for everyone interested in learning more about the pastime.
